would it possible to have a job completion email/ SMS to go to 2 different accounts.
For example, when we build a new bike the completion email goes to the customer. So we then have to notify the sales department that this is done and to expect the customer to collect it. it would be handy if the completion email could be sent to 2 different accounts and even email & SMS instead of either or.

Hi Adam,
We're working on the sending of communications for a completed Workshop Job. We're planning to introduce an additional workflow option, so you can send a communication (and close the panel) or send a communication and then send another (e.g. send an SMS to the customer and then an email to the sales team, or send both versions to the customer).
We're hoping to have this ready for our October Cloud POS Release.
