For shops that enter heavy amounts of quotes in to the workshop module, they have to go to the customer profile in order to send a quote. While this doesn't take a long time - production level service areas count every second. Linking the button into the workshop module would save precious time. Having it listed up near the "print" "text" buttons in 2.0 would be ideal.

In addition to this- Having the ability to mark a workshop job as a quote would allow mechanics to create, manage, and send repair estimates entirely within the workshop module. Without this, estimates created as workshop jobs for mechanic visibility are treated as live orders, flagging unapproved parts for special order and introducing the risk of ordering parts the customer has never approved.
