Send workshop booking/job reminder notifications

We'd also like this feature to read workshop booking dates from the customer card/workshop job and send a text reminding customers [a set time] before their bike is due in for service. This would hopefully eliminate people forgetting they have a service booked. Let me know if you would like a separate dev request for this.

Hi all,
We've started work on this feature and I wanted to get some feedback from you all in terms of how this will work in Cloud POS and how it will be configured.
- Workshop Booking Reminders can be enabled/disabled at a store level configuration. The number of days before a booking to send the reminder can also be configured (i.e. 1, 2 or 3 days).
- Reminders will automatically be sent (both SMS & Email) to a customer, for a workshop job which is not yet "Checked In".
- If a job is moved to a future date - we'll attempt to send another reminder for the job at the specified time before the newly scheduled date.
- The booking reminders will use a communication template (in the same way as service item reminders) - so these can be edited by yourselves. They'll contain replacement text e.g. {{StoreName}}, {{CustomerName}}, {{BookingDateTime}} & {{ServiceItemName}}.
- History of the reminders sent will be shown in the customer communication history against the customer account.
Any feedback on this so far would be appreciated!
