Serialized Items or better descriptors under Service Items

Having Customers bikes they purchased from the store or other purchased items with a Serial number under the "service items" would be handy and possibly being able to have different field boxes for Brand, Color, and Size and option to add serial number if customer chooses to for future reference if bike is stolen or we have to do a warranty and customer is not in store with the bike. Having more descriptors of bikes help our staff look for the bike easier.

We're marking this one as Complete, as you can now choose to automatically add a Serialized item to a customer's record as a Service item when it's first sold. Serial Numbers are captured as part of this process, too, so that won't be missed going forwards.

Hi Doug,
You can add a Serial Number to a Service Item on the customer record in the Backoffice of Cloud POS.
This also allows you to see the service history, and last serviced date against it too!
There's a character limit of 255 on the Description, so you could always include the Brand, Color & Size in there (I've done this in the snip below - "Bronson (Yellow - Medium)"
