In the list view you can't filter out paid workorders from "complete". I'm just starting as a user, so we don't have that much in the system, but it's already confusing to try to sort through the open, completed (but not paid), and the paid workorders. I don't like the other workshop views, but the list view is bordering on unusable with just 20 workorders (in mixed statuses) because I can't tell what needs follow up and what doesn't.
