Would it be possible to add time stamped read receipts to the SMS / Emails we can send from POS and Workshop?

At present it only shows if a message has been delivered.

On a different workshop/ POS system we used, we found this to be helpful to check if email addresses were correct and that the rider was getting the correct and up to date information about their bike repair/ orders etc.
