still so many issues

Having realised you are shutting module 1.0 off we have tried over the last week to adapt to the 2.0
It is still so slow, was informed last month this was due to beta system and running trials. This is not a matter of our computer systems or internet as old module works fine also any other program or pos works fine.
Why does the mechanic have to close the currently open job to view the calender when customer asks when next appointment is possible? this is not only time consuming but also if not saved looses all the imput data on job.
Was asked before, The main work todo and completed write up for customer facing is not large enough but yet you allow the internal notes box to at the top and taking up quarter of the screen.
Module 1.0 when a job is put into awating customer or part status this was displayed with a set colour on the side of the box to clearly indicate this, The 2.0 is just the icon displayed and on small laptop screens this is not suitable for a busy workplace.
As can see from my 2 screen shots how much clearer the old version was operate.
If this is how it going forward after shut down of module 1.0 we will use another workshop system away from this.

Agree with this one, it should be big and bold when there are statuses, and an icon isnt enough some times...

Hi Brian,
We'd like to know a bit more about the speed issues you're experiencing to see if we can rectify them, so a member of the Support Team will be in touch today to investigate the issue.
There will be some tweaks to Workshop coming out in the April update which will be released this evening, including making the receipt comment box larger and moving it to the top right of the screen (where Internal Notes is currently).
