No way to easily see at a glance when a given bike was last serviced in customer search. especially confusing when multiple bikes are under one customer's name. How else can I quickly see when a given part of a bike was last worked on? Seems like I'll have to open all past workshop jobs under the customer's name one by one.

Hi everyone,
We're going to add a new report to Cloud Reports for serviced items. This will allow you to search, filter and group across serviced items for all customers, and will include the customer's details alongside the serviced item statistics.
We're planning to start work on this in the next fortnight, and pending successful testing, we're targeting an August release.

when looking at customer history is it possible to add the column of service item so it can be filtered to seee jobs done on that particular bike or "service item" . there is a manage view option but there is very few options in it, so it would be very easy to add

Agreed this would be very helpful, especially when a customer has many bikes and one of those bike comes in for a rework or even just two service visits in a short period of time.

Hi Camden,
Just thought I'd add that you can view the Serviced Item serviced dates on the Customer page in Back Office
This allows you to see the Last Serviced date against each bike. You can then click to view the Service History for that bike and look at the workshop tags for each job.
I was recently in my local bike shop and they used this to tell me when I'd last had my bike serviced - very handy!

I think it's likely that we'll add a report which allows you to see all Serviced Items in one place with their last serviced date - would that help you?

Suzy Weightman Yes, I think so! Anything that makes it easier to see which service item was involved with a given service at a glance without having to open the workshop job
