View Workshop Job Schedule in POS

It would be very beneficial to be able to view if a workshop job is scheduled and when it is scheduled for in the POS. Since technicians are not generally answering the phone, the sales staff doesn't have access to nor the familiarity with workshop to efficiently find when the job is scheduled to be worked on.
Not looking for the schedule to be edited or manipulated in POS just a way for the person answering the phone to pull up the order and its schedule so they can more effectively answer questions.

Hi Matt,
We're going to add a new 'Workshop Info' pop-out to the Recall Orders grid in the Point of Sale. This will include the information you've requested (scheduled time), but also provide other handy stats such as the assigned mechanic, storage slot and a preview of comments/notes on the job. This will give Sales staff access to a full job summary without the need to either recall the order in the Point of Sale or find it in the Workshop (though we'll provide buttons to do both of those things, too).
We're currently planning to work on this in early August.
