It would be very beneficial to be able to view if a workshop job is scheduled and when it is scheduled for in the POS. Since technicians are not generally answering the phone, the sales staff doesn't have access to nor the familiarity with workshop to efficiently find when the job is scheduled to be worked on.
Not looking for the schedule to be edited or manipulated in POS just a way for the person answering the phone to pull up the order and its schedule so they can more effectively answer questions.
