Workorder Status requests

It would be helpful if there was an "Estimate" status so that estimates could be made without sending negative or special order items to Purchase Orders. We tried using the quote option but that requires you to use a register and it doesn't live on the work order board. We also think the Fraud Check status is unnecessary for us and would love to turn that off.

Hey Suzy, I was able to remove the fraud board, so thanks on that! Working like a normal quote but appearing on the workshop board is exactly what we need! Exactly :)

Thanks for your feedback - I'd like to get other input re. the idea of the Estimate or "Workshop Quote" order type.
I'd see this working in the same way as a normal quote, but that these orders would appear in the Workshop and on the board.
Re. the Fraud Check status, you can make this inactive in the Order Statuses page in Back Office https://pos2.citruslime.com/pos2/#/backoffice/orderStatuses
