workshop 2.0 a few ideas

a few things after around a week of use:
- holidays blocks are not visible in a day view of calendar. pretty bad for organising jobs
- holidays blocks should prevent to drag a job in to it. now you can drag the job and it covers holiday or even worse it went hidden under holiday
- it would be good to have a fixed columns for each mechanic in a day view of the calendar. I have 5 mechanics and with full booking I can see a confusing jigsaw changing every time somebody move something.
- jobs ¨flags¨(order status ). now it shows a tiny mark. can we have whole job tab background changed? as in workshop 1? not everybody has 20/20 vision
- bigger shade difference between empty calendar and job tabs. now they literally the same and very difficult to find edges of tabs
- jobs tabs borders and calendar time dividers are identical in colour and thickens. again difficult to distinguish where a tab is and where not.
- how to change calendar - one day - today to be default view? we would prefer this much more. the board screen is in use time to time, the calendar 99.5% of the time
more probably will arrive soon.

Yeah I’ve overbooked twice already because it was not obvious that there were 2 mechanics off on the same day. Overall very happy with W2 but this is tricky to view easily at a glance 🙏�

Completely agree with these comments. Specifically regarding displaying jobs by mechanic in column format. This is one of the main views we use in the shop and workshop and so this is needed. Also, the display of mechanic holidays needs to be improved.
There are positives to the new workshop module, but based on the above points we are still using the previous version of the module and will continue to do so until these areas are improved.
