Develop a View that can be added to the Workshop Module, which shows the capacity of the workshop. It would then show what is booked and what is available to book. This would allow the people booking the jobs to see how much time is available in calendars for work.
It also shows how productive the mechanics are and can be.
It would effectively being a summary of all work booked into the calendar in any given day per mechanic.

Hello everyone,
We are working on this as we speak.
Our plans in this area can be summarised as two closely related new features:
1) The ability to set working hours per Mechanic
2) 'Remaining availability' indicators that display on the Calendar view, calculated from Mechanic working hours vs. booked jobs (and holidays).
In terms of progress, we have written the feature scope and our next step will be for one of our Cloud POS Developers to break that out into all the individual areas that will require work, in order to create these features for you. For example, we'll need to add new areas to the Mechanics configuration page in the Back Office as well as making changes to the Calendar view itself. A member of the team will be working on that over the next few weeks.

I presume this would be an at-a-glance summary allowing the user to make a quick judgement how much capacity is left per day (on a % basis) without having to look too closely at the diary?
