Workshop time is wrong for Adelaide

If we use the start / end date in the workshop job and choose "Today", it is very wrong. Currently it is 1:46pm in Adelaide, but the today button auto filled it to be about 4am, and so is quite wrong (see screenshot below). I assume this is just a bug, but could this be fixed please

The code is completed and has passed testing so as Laura says this will go live on the 13th.
