Can you not add a note item to the transaction where you are refunding to a customer account which says 'Credit Note' you can then use the existing large receipt from POS or the paper receipt from the receipt printer and give this to your customers?

Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Lime Hi Neil, its not a refund so there is no transaction as such, i added a payment to the account as instructed by a member of the team so theres nothing on the purchase history on their account to print a credit note/ receipt
