Add Order Tracking to My Account area

It would save on CS time if tracking information was added to the My Account area. In the case of multiple labels being printed for an order (either because of a wrong label being printed or because of an order being partially despatched) there would need to be some thought. It would be good if we could delete shipping labels in CIM for labels not used, but if this is not possible then perhaps multiple tracking numbers could display in My Account against an order (which even if deleting a label in CIM was achieved would be good for partials and exchanges).

The plumbing required to make this work is going into CloudPos in the hotpatch next week, this is just a quick progress update.

Neil McQuillan: We continue to have quite a lot of customers comment that they are confused as to why they can't find progress (live and historic) in their My Account area.
How is progress on this? Do you think it will go live in the near future?

Quite a bit of plumbing is required to make this work, but we've started work. It relates to things like C&C orders which breaks the older courier tracking information which was present here. We're getting Cloud POS to upload information about orders when they are dispatched this will allow to sort a stack of things which have bugs at the moment around things like C&C orders, and dispatches from 'other warehouses'

Ben are there two issues here?
The first sounds like something ironically but I don't understand the comments about deleting labels. I do understand the fact that one order might cover two shipments and that is something I plan to support.

Neil McQuillan: The issue about deleting labels is that in packing they will sometimes print the wrong label (PF instead of DPD etc). They will normally then create a new label. At this point the customer has 2 different tracking details (one of which will never be used). Both these appearing in the customers My Orders area could lead to confusion. It would be useful if you could delete a shipment in CIM (https://citruslime.canny.io/courier-integration-module/p/not-able-to-delete-consignments). The reason I was referring to that in this request is that by deleting in CIM it could then be removed from the tracking details in the customers My Orders area. I was just thinking of any issues down the line in adding tracking to the My Account area. Does that make sense?
