It would save on CS time if tracking information was added to the My Account area. In the case of multiple labels being printed for an order (either because of a wrong label being printed or because of an order being partially despatched) there would need to be some thought. It would be good if we could delete shipping labels in CIM for labels not used, but if this is not possible then perhaps multiple tracking numbers could display in My Account against an order (which even if deleting a label in CIM was achieved would be good for partials and exchanges).
