Resending of booking reminders for moved Workshop Jobs

Following the introduction of Workshop Job booking reminders in the July 2022 Cloud POS release, we have had feedback from some of our users that they would prefer it if a second reminder did not send if the job is moved forward in the calendar. For example, if a reminder is sent on Monday for a booking on Wednesday, and then the job is moved to Saturday, they would prefer it if a new reminder was not sent on Thursday, 2 days before the new booking.
The reminders are designed to re-send at the moment, as described in this forum post, where our Developers asked for feedback from anyone with views on how this should work: https://citruslime.canny.io/workshop-module/p/send-workshop-bookingjob-reminder-notifications

Hi all,
Just a quick update on this - we've added a pop-up to show when there is the option to resend a booking reminder which will be shown for orders where a reminder has already been sent and the job is being moved by at least a day into the future.
Subject to final testing, this will be available week commencing April 17th.

Before another pop-up or box to be ticked is implemented, has anyone considered making the Citrus Lime UX mobile browser friendly? Popups and searching for a box to be ticked on a postcard sized (70x125mm) screen is ineffiecient and aggravating.

We're currently working on a big project to overhaul the UI for Cloud POS - we're working on the POS first, and then we'll move onto the workshop & back office.
We're going to support the POS on devices from a tablet screen size upwards, and we'll aim to make the back office & workshop as "mobile-friendly" as possible.
We'll be sending plenty of communications around this, so keep your eyes peeled for updates!

We're planning on adding a popup to prompt and give the option to re-send the reminder to give users/mechanics the choice.

Agree with this. At least have a pop up that asks if the reminder should be re-sent.
