For Citruspay payouts, is there any way to show the list of transactions included on each payout? Our bookkeeper is at her wits end!

Here are some screenshots of coming improvements this this area. For the new CitrusPay pads, and upcoming CitrusPay updates for CheckoutV4 and payment links these will all work in this manner.

Stephanie,
Is this your ecommerce sales or the new chip and pin pad?

Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Limei we had thios issue for applepay but I think CL own chip and pin terminal transactions might use the same payouts report, making it even more difficult for the bookeepers and accountants

PM The reporting for chip and pin includes a statement report which shows which transactions are in each payout, we expect to offer this via ApplePay in the coming months.
We are testing this with one retailer at the moment.
What we are going to do is bring all payout, transaction level reporting (including fees) and running statement balance information into one place for :
ApplePay
Ecommerce card transactions
Instore credit card
Payment links
These reports should load quickly and support export to Excel.
Currently these are scattered around Cloud MT, third party payment providers and Cloud POS. We expect to have all of this completed and available over the summer.

Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Lime sounds good, but everybody is complaining because their accountants need an invoice of the fees, CL seem to be reluctant to do that because the fee is coming from Apple Etc. however if CL are collecting the fee then there has to be an invoice for fees somewhere

PM Its simply that across UK, Ireland, Australia, the EU, Switzerland and the USA and Canada we have a mess of different providers, reports and options available. It means our support and development team struggle to provide good support and service.
We've had a massive project on here, to bring this all together including the new ecommerce checkout which is running in BETA on handful of retailers including https://www.workingclassheroes.co.uk/
I'm not quite sure we have a plan on the invoice front for the reasons you state, but you will be able to easily export out all the fees which might solve the problem. Lets get that up and running and see what feedback we get, once we have all the data in one place, creating different views of that data is not complex (for example an invoice)

Neil we have the new chip and pin pad. We are on citruspay but all the reports changed and my bookkeeper is losing her mind. She can't see which transactions go to which deposit! How are we supposed to know that we've received the money? Also, we need to separate fees out because they need to be accounted for and written off, just like we do with taxes. Some of our transactions are tax-exempt and others are not.

Stephanie S The US support team will get intouch. All of that information is in the new reporting, but we are working to make further improvements, oddly that is being worked on today.

PM, Yes, but the report changed when we switched over to the new payment terminals. now we are unable to see the "associated transactions & fees!" It's devastating
