we can run reports to show who bought what, but it is not possible to show who bought a specific item and an other specific item. This would be used for target marketing. and to improve staff sales. example: a report that shows who has bought a bike crossed with who has bought a helmet/pedals/1st service. probably a more important report is who has bought a bike and has not bought helmet/pedals/1st service. i think possibly create a report then it would then be fed into another report 1 who has bought a bike more than 3 months ago--- ---report 2 who has not had a 6 week service
