Courier Integration Module

We would prefer despatch notification emails to be sent when a courier is manifested for the day. Therefore when a label is printed in error for a customer, there is an issue with a courier collection or a label is generated on a weekend (ready for a Monday collection) it will not send out an incorrect despatch notification.

All services that we deal with from couriers have a set fuel surcharge that does not vary by country. Therefore in Courier Integration it would be much easier to be able to set a full surcharge for a region of "All Regions".
