We asked for this, and we got it - the ability to add shortcut links to POS - specifically the pick list, so that the warehouse could just login, click and go. Except they cant :( Although you have set up a new favourites feature, its default appearance is set to closed. So you STILL need to click to open up the favourites list then click on the link.... Is it fussy - maybe - but having gone to the trouble of adding a great feature, can you please put the cherry on the top and have it default to being open on loading? Please? Its just the ex UX'er in me ;)

When we load a workshop tag or full sized receipt (after a transaction has posted in the POS) it would be cool if we automatically loaded the print preview option saving a click of the print button. In effect pressing Ctrl-P as per the screenshot below.

After selecting a customer it would be nice to have a notification of any available open orders that might be attached to the account. Perhaps a blinking icon or highlighting the search area. Lightspeed does this with tabs that pop up after customer is known. We've run into instances where an item may have been put on layaway just to be run through on a new transaction.

We were hoping to see the picklist elevated out of sub menus as it is literally the only link our warehouse team need day to day - but I get why it has been sub grouped where it has... So it would be great if this could be a shortcut for our warehouse team to use saving time :)

You should be able to see stock levels of each size in matrix view of an item

Hi, if you search in POS there is often "More than 10+ intems returned, open full search?" When you click the button, no item is displayed, and you have to re-enter the search in various fields. Would be great to see all found items from first first site.

Just last evening we installed new cards readers (model Saturn1000), and switched our payment system to CitrusPay. As we're running transactions this morning, we're now getting extra receipts printed out for each transaction. In addition to the expected customer receipt, we're also getting a cardholder copy and merchant copy - like we're a restaurant, which would be delicious, but that's not the case. We'd like for the cardholder and merchant copy receipts to NOT print with each transaction. Is that possible?

When adding a customer to a transaction. It should prompt the user with a window to recall any possible open, pending transactions associated with the customer record. This could also be used to potentially combine Workshop jobs when a customer has multiple bikes in for service.

It would be great if the changes you made in the recall orders "manage view" tab could be saved. Not every column header on the recall orders tab is that relevant to 95% use cases, changing the order of the columns is useful too but every time we log out the view of the recall orders page resets. If you could save a different recall order page layout on individual till lanes that would be even better still

We quite often find the need to print a duplicate receipt from the 40 column printer whether it be to attach to goods being reserved for customers or bike in for work etc. Currently, in order reprint a receipt, you have to go back to the POS screen and reprint last receipt. Would it be possible to add a button at the Transaction Completed screen where you could print of the receipt again. This way, you could just keep printing as many receipts as required.
